Nicole M. Varisco is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As an attorney at Fiedler Deutsch, Nicole is committed to securing justice for her clients, ensuring they receive the maximum compensation that they deserve. She understands the physical, emotional, and financial toll an injury can take, and she fights aggressively to hold insurance companies and negligent parties accountable.

With years of experience litigating high-stakes personal injury cases in New York and New Jersey, Nicole has a proven track record of winning favorable outcomes for her clients. She is admitted to practice in both states, as well as federal courts in NY and NJ, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Nicole’s legal expertise, combined with her compassionate approach, makes her a trusted advocate for victims of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and more.

Nicole earned her law degree cum laude from Pace University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Rockland County, New York. Before joining her firm, she worked at several national litigation firms, gaining invaluable experience in complex legal disputes.

As a leader in the legal community, Nicole is an active member of the Westchester County Bar Association, where she serves as Chair of the Law Practice Management Committee. She is also a member of the Pace Law Alumni Board and Chair of the Alumni Benefits, Social Media and Referral Network Committee.

She frequently speaks on legal topics, including ethics and litigation best practices.  Beyond the courtroom, Nicole is deeply committed to giving back. She frequently mentors new attorneys, teaching them litigation strategy and best practices. She also volunteers as a wish grantor for Hudson Valley Make-A-Wish and enjoys hiking in her free time. She lives in Ossining, New York with her husband and two children.
