July 31, 2019: Failure to Diagnose Sepsis in 42 Year Old Settles for $3.75 Million

White Plains, NY: Today, Fiedler Deutsch, LLP settled the case of a 42 year old women who died after a NY hospital failed to timely diagnose and treat sepsis. These failures led to cardiac arrest and her unfortunate and untimely death. She left behind three children. After successful negotiations and before trial the case was resolved for $3.75 million dollars.
