Just weeks before trial in Dutchess County Supreme Court, Fiedler Deutsch, LLP, settled its client’s orthopedic malpractice case for $1 million. After the surgery, he made significant complaints of pain, swelling, and redness which went ignored by the surgeon as normal post-operative findings.
